Israel

Israel is distinctively called to be a beacon of justice and compassion to the rest of the world. Our local initiatives reflect this responsibility, ensuring fairness and care for all people.

    Public Transportation Reform

Public transportation should serve people, not punish them. Too often, riders face heavy fines for simple mistakes or technical errors. We call for fairer policies — clear warnings, compassionate enforcement, and days of leniency — so that transportation remains a public service built on trust and community.

    Anti-Bullying

Bullying weakens the fabric of our communities, leaving scars that last long after the moment has passed. At the Embassy of Benevolence, we believe every child and adult deserves safety, dignity, and respect. Our campaign works to raise awareness, provide education, and create safe spaces where kindness is valued over cruelty. By standing together against bullying, we build a healthier, stronger, and more compassionate Israel.

No Patient Left Behind: English in Health Apps

For years, members of Israel’s major health funds have voiced frustration: their apps and online services often lack English support. This leaves thousands — especially new immigrants, tourists, and elderly residents — struggling to access vital healthcare information. We are calling for full language accessibility so every resident can manage their health with dignity and clarity.

    This Nation Needs Every Breath

Smoking is one of the leading causes of preventable illness in Israel, affecting families, straining the healthcare system, and cutting lives short. While awareness has grown, too many still struggle to quit or begin smoking at a young age.

The Embassy of Benevolence is committed to educating communities, supporting healthier choices, and promoting smoke-free environments across Israel. Through public awareness, local initiatives, and accessible resources, we aim to lower smoking rates and strengthen the health of future generations.

    Joseph's Storehouse - A Vision of Plenty

Just as Joseph prepared Egypt for famine by storing grain during years of abundance, we must prepare wisely today. Food insecurity, monumental change, and conflict remind us that storing food is not enough — we must also store knowledge, cultivate resilience, and teach communities how to grow and sustain life.

From Jerusalem, this vision expands outward: creating hubs of indoor farming, education, and wellness that can be replicated across Israel and the world.

    Healing a Nation in Pain

Israel carries deep wounds from conflict and uncertainty, with PTSD touching soldiers, citizens, and even visitors. The Embassy of Benevolence envisions a Healing Center in Jerusalem — blending ancient wisdom with modern therapies to restore body, mind, and spirit.

Through prayer, counseling, play, and nature-inspired spaces, we aim to make Jerusalem not only Israel’s capital, but a capital of healing for the world.

    Nominate a Neighbor

Do you know someone in your community with a dream, a gift, or a need that deserves to be seen? This is your chance to shine a light on them. By nominating a neighbor, you help us discover everyday heroes — teachers, caregivers, artists, volunteers, and visionaries — who can be supported, encouraged, and connected with the right resources to bring their goals to life.

    A Beautiful Return

The return of the Jewish people to Israel is no ordinary migration; it is a miracle unfolding in our generation. But too often, the Aliyah process is weighed down by inefficiency, frustration, and an absence of reverence for its deeper meaning. We believe that this experience must embody the true essence of welcome—removing unnecessary obstacles, ensuring fairness, and creating an environment of warmth and beauty. Aliyah should not feel like paperwork; it should feel like stepping into the fulfillment of G-d’s promise.
